Cygnet Nursery is a wonderful nursery. My daughter has settled very well and is thriving in their care. The staff at Cygnet have taken the time to really know and understand my children. They remain caring and professional while also enjoying their roles and bringing a sense of fun. They have responded with listening and flexibility whenever there's changes or challenges to adapt to. The hours provided, pricing, food provision, and parking arrangements at the nursery have all been positive in my experience.

Staff are always welcoming, very friendly and approachable. It is clear staff really care for the children and all the children seem happy and content. The nursery is flexible to meet each child's need and they take the time to get to know each child. They complete varied and fun daily activities with the children. I would recommend this nursery based on the caring and kind staff.

Both of my children have now attended Cygnet Nursery between 2012 and now. I cannot recommend it enough - the nursery staff are warm and caring and really build a bond with the children. The garden facilities are amazing and the kids love being outside playing there. Both my children learned so much and love(d) their time at nursery!
