The Nest – Our Baby Room

The Nest is our dedicated baby room, providing a warm, nurturing and reassuring environment where our youngest children can settle, grow and develop at their own pace.

​

Led by our experienced Room Leader, Lucy, our established Nursery Nurse team provides a familiar, caring face each day. With a wealth of experience — including mums and grandmas who bring valuable real-life childcare experience — we understand just how important those early months and years are.

Caring for your little one

• 1:3 adult-to-child ratio, ensuring plenty of individual attention and care.

• A dedicated Key Worker who gets to know your child and closely monitors their development.

• A Daily Report with updates on your child’s day, including feeds, sleeps and nappy changes.

• Plenty of cuddles, comfort and one-to-one interaction throughout the day.

• Each child has their own cot or bed and personal basket for their belongings.

• Support with developing independence and social skills, including gentle guidance during mealtimes and good table manners.

 

Outdoor adventures

We believe it’s never too early to enjoy the benefits of fresh air and outdoor experiences. Our babies have regular opportunities to spend time in our fantastic garden, enjoying gentle exploration, sensory experiences and plenty of fresh air.

Our outdoor time is tailored to each baby’s age and stage of development, with lots of opportunities for crawling, cruising, exploring and discovering their surroundings at their own pace. We enjoy being outdoors throughout the year, and provide cosy layers and waterproof suits when needed, so even a little rain won’t stop our outdoor adventures.
